At Austin Golf & Performance, Golfers are placed through an assessment by one of our Titleist Performance Institute Certified professionals who have been doing TPI with athletes for over 8 years. Our evaluation takes between 1 to 1.5 hours and evaluates your mobility/flexibility, speed, strength, and power. We look at all of the movements necessary to produce a powerful, efficient, consistent/ more repeatable, and injury free golf swing.

After evaluation by one of our TPI Certified Professionals, we will tailor a workout program specific to YOUR needs. Whether your assessment reveals that you need work on mobility, stability, strength, power, fitness, or any combination of the above – we will develop a program specific to you.

As golfers themselves, our TPI certified professionals understand the importance of the “Body-Swing Connection” and believe golfers will benefit the most from a healthy, balanced, and efficient body. Our specially trained team is eager to help you take your game to the next level.

Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury. All this data is used in creating your TPI assessment.
