Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history, and goals. The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations.Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, and enable you to move forward as quickly as possible. Our Evaluations are designed to look specifically for both structural and muscular asymmetries and imbalanceswithin your body, identify faulty motor patterning, identify possible causes of pain, as well as help reduce the risk for injury.
