Golfers are placed through an assessment by one of our Titleist Performance Institute Certified professionals who have over 8 years of experience working with TPI clients. They will evaluate the body in relation to the movements that are required to produce a powerful, consistent, and injury free golf swing. By looking at a “total picture” of your body, swing, equipment, and functionality, our TPI Certified team of professionals can develop a program to optimize your performance on the golf course.
Our OnBaseU professionals assess your players movement capabilities. The mission of our OnBase U coaches is to apply the understanding of the Body-Baseball Connection™ or the Body-Softball Connection™ program. This program was developed by OnBaseU’s Advisory Board of industry leading experts.

Postural imbalances can affect running form and predispose you to recurrent injuries. Suffering from common running ailments such as knee pain, hip impingement, back pain/tightness, shin splints, plantar fasciitis are likely a result from training your body on an “uneven” foundation. This increases the asymmetry of the human body which results in common patterns and muscle imbalance. Our Postural Restoration® approach towards running will help identify and correct any asymmetries between the left and right sides of the body.

If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.
